fa سلامت همراه در تشخیص و مدیریت بیماری‌های پوستی تخصصي Special مقاله مروری تشریحی Narrative review articles <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> فن‌آوری تلفن همراه در ترکیب با تخصص‌های پزشکی، امکان جدیدی به نام سلامت همراه را معرفی کرده که فراهم‌کننده فرصت‌های جدیدی برای بهبود سلامت بیماران است. سلامت همراه موجب تحول در شیوه سنتی ارائه خدمات بهداشتی شده است و تصورات پیشین ما را از مفاهیمی چون ارائه کننده خدمات، بیمار، نحوه ارائه خدمات سلامتی و سبک زندگی تغییر داده است. هدف این مقاله، بررسی مفهوم سلامت همراه و حوزه‌های پرکاربرد آن در مدیریت و درمان بیماری‌های پوستی می‌باشد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>روش:</strong> مطالعه حاضر مروری جامع بوده و با هدف معرفی کاربرد سلامت همراه در ارائه خدمات تشخیصی و مراقبتی پوستی و نتایج بالینی حاصل از این روش انجام شد،جهت انجام این تحقیق از پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR">PubMed</span>، <span dir="LTR">Scopus</span>، <span dir="LTR">Google scholar</span>، <span dir="LTR">Web of Science</span>، <span dir="LTR">Ebsco</span>، جهت جستجوی مقالاتی با موضوع پزشکی از راه دور، سلامت همراه و تله‌درماتولوژی استفاده شد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتایج</strong><strong>:</strong> بررسی مطالعات موجود نشان می‌دهد که به کارگیری سلامت همراه در حوزه بیماری‌های پوستی نسبت به روش معمول تله درماتولوژی برتری داشته و این امکان را فراهم می‌کند که از آن برای ارائه تشخیص و درمان، غربالگری و تریاژ و مدیریت افراد مبتلا به بیماری‌های مزمن در محل سکونت‌شان، استفاده کرد.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align: justify;"><strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> سلامت همراه این پتانسیل را دارد که به ‌عنوان روشی کم هزینه و در دسترس، مکملی برای فراهم کردن خدمات تخصصی پوست، به‌ویژه در مناطقی که از نظر اقتصادی و یا جغرافیایی محروم می‌باشند، به کار گرفته شود و از این طریق شکاف موجود در دسترسی به خدمات تخصصی را پر کند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Recent advances in mobile technology combined with medical specialties, have introduced a new option called mobile health that provides new opportunities to improve patients&rsquo; health. Mobile health has changed the traditional delivery of healthcare services and also previous assumptions of concepts such as service providers, patients, health care services and lifestyle. The aim of this study was to introduce mobile health concept and application of this technology in management and treatment of skin lesions.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Methods:</strong> This is a comprehensive review aimed to introduce mobile health application in providing skin care and diagnostic services and clinical outcomes of this method.
