fa مروری سیستماتیک بر فناوری‌های پوشیدنی و کاربردهای آن درسلامت تخصصي Special مقاله مروری تشریحی Narrative review articles <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="color: black;">مقدمه:</span></strong> فناوری‌های پوشیدنی عموماً به منظور پایش پارامتر‌های فیزیولوژیکی و علائم حیاتی مانند ضربان قلب، ریتم تنفسی، فشار‌خون، گلوکز بدن و غیره مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند. با رشد ابتلا به بیماری‌های مختلف نظیر حمله‌های قلبی، سرطان، اختلالات عصبی و دیابت نیاز به پایش مستمر و طولانی مدت برای بیماران بیشتر احساس می‌شود. بدین ترتیب، به منظور پایش مداوم و پردازش آنی اطلاعات متعلق به بیماران مذبور می‌توان از فناوری‌‌‌های پوشیدنی در حوزه سلامت بهره برد.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="color: black;">روش:</span></strong> بدین منظور پایگاه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های اطلاعاتی <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">SID</span></span>، <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Magiran</span></span>، <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">PubMed</span></span>، <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">ScienceDirect</span></span>، <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">IEEE</span></span>، <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Springer</span></span> با استفاده از کلیدواژه &quot;<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Usage of</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size: 11pt;">wearable sensors and technologies in health</span></span>&quot;در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی انگلیسی و از ترکیب &quot;‌حس‌گرها و فناوری‌های پوشیدنی&quot; در پایگاه<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های اطلاعاتی فارسی، مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. همه‌ مقالاتی که به نوعی به بررسی کاربردها و ویژگی‌های فناوری‌های پوشیدنی در سلامت اشاره داشتند، انتخاب شدند. مقالات تکراری و همچنین مقالاتی که متن کامل آن‌ها در دسترس نبود، از مطالعه خارج شدند.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="color: black;">نتایج</span></strong><strong>:</strong> نتیجه‌ جستجو در پایگاه‌های مذکور 100 مقاله بود. با حذف مقالات تکراری و غیر مرتبط فقط 30 مقاله مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرار گرفت. در این مطالعه پس از بررسی مقالات، کاربردهای عمومی و پزشکی فناوری‌های پوشیدنی، پارامترهای فیزیولوژیکی قابل پایش، همچنین بیماری‌های قابل کنترل به وسیله فناوری‌های پوشیدنی به طور کامل تشریح شده است.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> شناخت هر چه بهتر کاربرد فناوری‌های پوشیدنی در حوزه سلامت تأثیر انکارناپذیری بر روی پیشرفت آن‌ها خواهد داشت. به کارگیری سیستم<span dir="LTR">‌</span>های مذکور در بهبود سطح سلامت افراد نقش مهمی را ایفا می‌کنند.</span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Wearable technologies are generally used in order to monitor physiological parameters and vital signs such as heart rate, respiratory rate, blood glucose, blood pressure and etc. With increasing rate of various diseases like heart attacks, cancer, neurological disorders and diabetes, the need for continuous and long-term monitoring of patients is felt more and wearable technologies can be used in health domain for continuous monitoring and instantaneously processing of patients&rsquo; information.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this study, SID, Magiran, PubMed, ScienceDirect, IEEE and Springer databases were searched with the keyword of &rdquo;Usage of wearable sensors and technologies in health&rdquo; in English sources and the Persian equivalent of &ldquo;wearable technologies in health&rdquo; as the keyword in Persian sources. All articles related to the application and features of wearable technologies in health were selected. Repetitive articles and those without full-text were excluded from the study.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> A total of 100 articles were found that after excluding repetitive and irrelevant articles, just 30 articles were studied. In this study, after examining the papers, general and medical applications of wearable technologies, physiological parameters that can be monitored as well as diseases that can be controlled by these technologies are completely explained.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Better understanding of wearable technologies application in health field has an undeniable impact on their advancement.
