fa تشخیص نگرش کاربران توییتر در مورد واکسن آنفولانزا بر اساس تحلیل محتوا و احساسات توییت‌های ارسالی فناوری اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Technology مقاله مروری سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز Systematic Review & Meta analysis <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:black;">مقدمه:</span></strong> واکسن آنفولانزا یکی از چالش‌های بحث‌برانگیز در جوامع امروزی است. با توجه به اهمیت استفاده از واکسن آنفولانزا در پیشگیری از انتشار ویروس آنفولانزا و شبکه اجتماعی توییتر به عنوان منبع غنی داده‌ای، شرایط مناسبی برای پژوهش در این زمینه‌ فراهم است تا به بررسی نگرش افراد مختلف پرداخت. این پژوهش از یکسو به مقامات بخش سلامت کمک می‌کند تا با آگاهی از نگرش افراد نسبت به واکسن آنفولانزا بتوانند تصمیمات جامع‌تری در برنامه‌های بلندمدت سازمان‌های سلامتی اتخاذ نمایند و از سوی دیگر مورد توجه داده‌کا‌وان می‌باشد.<br> <strong><span style="color:black;">روش:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> &nbsp;در </span>این پژوهش مروری در بازه حدوداً یک‌ماهه 1.220.539 توییت از شبکه اجتماعی توییتر جمع‌آوری ‌شد و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مَلِت خوشه‌بندی ‌شد. دسته‌بندی کاربران و جداسازی توییت‌ها با تقریب مناسب انجام شد، سپس به تحلیل محتوایی و احساسات توییت‌های انتخابی و&nbsp; بررسی موقعیت مکانی توییت کنندگان پرداخته شد.<br> <strong><span style="color:black;">نتایج</span></strong><strong>:</strong> تحلیل احساسات توییت‌ها نشان‌ می‌دهد که 76/28 درصد از توییت‌ها دارای بار مثبت،&nbsp; 1/08 درصد خنثی و 19/68 درصد دارای بار منفی است که بیانگر نگرش مثبت نسبت به واکسن آنفولانزا است. بررسی موقعیت مکانی توییت‌کنندگان نشان می‌دهد که بالاترین نرخ ارسال توییت متعلق به کشورهای کانادا، انگلیس و آمریکا است و کشورهای آسیایی و به طور خاص ایران درصد بسیار کمی از آن را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.<br> <strong>نتیجه&shy;گیری:</strong> بالاترین نرخ ارسال توییت‌های موافق مربوط به گروه افراد عادی و سپس سازمان‌ها و گروه‌های مرتبط با حوزه‌ سلامتی و اخبار بود که نشان‌دهنده‌ پذیرش جهانی واکسن آنفولانزا و موفقیت سازمان‌های بهداشت جهانی در مورد واکسیناسیون می‌باشد.</span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> The influenza vaccine is one of the controversial challenges in today&#39;s societies. Considering the importance of using the flu vaccine in preventing the spread of influenza virus, the Twitter network, as a rich source of data, provides suitable conditions for research in this field to examine the attitudes of different people about this vaccine. The results in one hand will help health authorities to make more comprehensive decisions on long-term health plans for people with an awareness of the attitude of individuals towards the flu vaccine; on the other hand, it is concerned with data miners.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> In this review study, approximately 1.220.539 tweets have been gathered from the Twitter social network during a one month period and have been clustered by using Mallet software. Categorizing users and separating tweets have done with an appropriate approximation. The content and sentiments of the selected tweets were analyzed and the locations of the users were checked<span dir="RTL">.</span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> In sentiments analysis, 76.28% of the tweets had a positive weight, 1.87% was neutral, and 19.68% had negative weight, indicating a positive attitude about the influenza vaccine.
