fa تأثیر پیاده‌سازی سیستم ذخیره و انتقال تصاویر بر صحت تشخیص پزشکان بخش اورژانس در معاینات سی‌تی‌اسکن سیستمهای تصاویرپزشکی سیستمهای اطلاعات رادیولوژی و PACS Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS) پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong><span style="color:black;">مقدمه:</span></strong> سیستم ذخیره و انتقال تصاویر (<span dir="LTR">PACS</span>) امکان پردازش، آرشیو و ارسال تصاویر پزشکی را به صورت الکترونیکی در بخش‌های مختلف بیمارستان به ویژه بخش اورژانس فراهم می‌سازد. هدف این مطالعه، تعیین تأثیر پیاده‌سازی <span dir="LTR">PACS</span> بر صحت تشخیص پزشکان بخش اورژانس قبل و بعد از پیاده‌سازی <span dir="LTR">PACS</span> بود.<br> <strong><span style="color:black;">روش:</span></strong> در این مطالعه‌ تحلیلی، در هر دوره، تشخیص‌های پزشکان اورژانس براساس معاینات با تشخیص‌های رادیولوژیست‌ها از همان معاینات مقایسه و در نهایت داده‌های دو دوره با هم مقایسه گردید. در این پژوهش، 380 سی‌تی اسکن در دوره قبل <span dir="LTR">PACS</span> و 509 سی‌تی اسکن در دوره بعد <span dir="LTR">PACS</span> مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده‌ها و مقایسه صحت و توافق تشخیص در دوره قبل و بعد از پیاده‌سازی <span dir="LTR">PACS</span> با استفاده از آزمون کای اسکوئر و محاسبه سطح معناداری آماری و به کمک نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه 24 انجام شد.<br> <strong><span style="color:black;">نتایج</span></strong><strong>:</strong> صحت تشخیص معاینات سی‌تی اسکن از 284 معاینه (75/9 درصد‌) در دوره قبل <span dir="LTR">PACS</span> به 428 معاینه (‌84/4 درصد) افزایش داشت. توافق تشخیص نیز در این معاینات از 306 معاینه (81/8 درصد‌) در دوره قبل <span dir="LTR">PACS</span> به 452 معاینه (‌89/2 درصد‌) رسید. در همه این تغییرات 0/05><span dir="LTR">P</span> بود که نشان‌دهنده معنادار بودن تغییرات بود. <span style="font-family:b mitra;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری:</strong> صحت و توافق تشخیص پزشکان اورژانس در معاینات سی‌تی اسکن در دوره بعد <span dir="LTR">PACS</span> نسبت به دوره قبل آن افزایش یافت؛ در نتیجه پیاده‌سازی <span dir="LTR">PACS</span> منجر به افزایش توافق تشخیص بین پزشکان اورژانس و رادیولوژیست‌ها و به دنبال آن افزایش صحت تشخیص پزشکان اورژانس می‌شود.</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) allows the processing, archiving, and sharing medical images electronically with different parts of the hospital, especially the emergency department. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of PACS on the diagnosis accuracy of emergency department physicians before and after its implementation.<br> <strong>&nbsp;Method:</strong> In this analytical study, the diagnosis of emergency physicians was compared with that of radiologists in each period. Eventually, the data obtained in the two periods were compared. In this study, 380 and 509 CT scans were analyzed before and after the PACS implementation, respectively. Data analysis and comparison of the accuracy and agreement of diagnosis in the pre- and post-PACS implementation periods were performed using Chi-square test, and statistical significance level was calculated using SPSS version 24.<br> <strong>&nbsp;Results:</strong> The accurate diagnosis of CT scan examinations increased from 284 examinations (75.9%) before PACS implementation to 428 examinations (84.4%). The diagnostic agreement also increased from 306 examinations (81.8%) before PACS implementation to 452 examinations (89.2%).
