fa بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش خدمات سلامت همراه توسط پزشکان سلامت همراه Mobile health پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:black;">مقدمه:</span></strong> فن‌آوری تلفن همراه در ترکیب با تخصص&shy; های پزشکی، امکان جدیدی به نام سلامت همراه را معرفی کرده که فراهم کننده فرصت&shy;های جدیدی برای بهبود سلامت بیماران است. پذیرش پزشکان جهت استقرار خدمات سلامت همراه، عامل مهمی به شمار می‌رود. مطالعه حاضر عوامل مؤثر بر پذیرش خدمات سلامت همراه توسط پزشکان را مورد بررسی قرار داد.<br> <strong><span style="color:black;">روش:</span></strong> این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی می‌باشد که جامعه آماری آن را پزشکان شاغل در شهرستان‌های شیراز و کازرون تشکیل داده &shy;اند<span dir="LTR">.</span> نمونه&shy; های مطالعه 150 نفر بودند که به روش نمونه<span dir="LTR">&shy;</span>گیری خوشه&shy;ای مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده&shy; ها، برگرفته از پرسشنامه&shy; های پژوهش های پیشین بودند که روایی و پایایی آنها مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. روش تحلیل داده &shy;ها الگوی معادلات ساختاری (<span dir="LTR">SEM</span>) بوده، که با استفاده از دو نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> نسخه ۲۳ و <span dir="LTR">AMOS</span> نسخه ۲۱ انجام گرفت.<br> <strong><span style="color:black;">نتایج</span></strong><strong>:</strong> تأثیر متغیرهای اضطراب تکنولوژی، سازگاری و مقاومت در برابر تغییر بر سهولت درک شده معنی‌دار می‌باشند. همچنین تأثیر متغیرهای خودکارآمدی، سازگاری، هنجار اجتماعی و مقاومت در برابر تغییر بر سودمندی درک شده معنی‌دار هستند، ضمناً به واسطه سودمندی و سهولت درک شده بر قصد رفتاری نیز تأثیر می‌گذارند. مدل نهایی پژوهش دارای شاخص&shy;های برازش مطلوب بوده است.<span style="font-family:b mitra;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه&shy; گیری:</strong> بر اساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر، به برنامه&shy;ریزان پیشنهاد می‌شود به منظور فرهنگ&shy; سازی مناسب برای استقرار خدمات سلامت همراه به وسیله پزشکان، پنج عامل ذکر شده در پژوهش که با پذیرش این سیستم&shy; ها مرتبط هستند، مورد توجه قرار گیرد.</span></p> <span dir="LTR"></span> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> The combination of mobile technology and medical expertise introduces a new feature called mobile health care, which provides new opportunities for improving patients&#39; health. Physician&#39;s acceptance of mobile health services is an important factor in the establishment and adaption of such services. The present study investigated the factors affecting the acceptance of health services by physicians.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> In this descriptive-analytic study, 150 physicians working in Shiraz and Kazeroun were included using cluster sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires adapted from other studies. The validity and reliability of the questionnaires were confirmed. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by Amos version 21 and SPSS version 23 software.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results:</strong> The effect of technology anxiety, adaption and resistance against change on perceived usefulness was significant. In addition, the effect of self-usefulness, adaptability, social norms, and resistance against change on perceived usefulness was significant. Moreover, parameters affected the intention to use via mediating variables of usefulness and perceived usefulness.
