fa بررسی وضعیت امنیت سیستم‌های ذخیره و انتقال تصاویر (PACS) دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان جهت ثبت داده‌های بیماران COVID-19 امنیت، محرمانگی و حریم خصوصی اطلاعات در حوزه سلامت Security, Confidentiality and Privacy of Health Information systems پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:black;">مقدمه:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> امروزه استفاده از سیستم ذخیره و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی (</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">PACS</span></span></span><span style="color:black;">) در مراکز درمانی روز به روز در حال افزایش است. در این بین امنیت داده‌های بیماران مبتلا به </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">COVID-19</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"> در این سیستم و کنترل دسترسی به این داده</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;">‌</span></span><span style="color:black;">ها از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. در این مطالعه به ارزیابی وضعیت امنیت سیستم‌های ذخیره و انتقال تصاویر پزشکی جهت ثبت داده‌های بیماران </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">COVID-19</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"> در مراکز درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان پرداخته شد.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"></span></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">روش:</span></strong><span style="color:black;"> مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی است که در سال 1399 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش مسئولین فناوری اطلاعات در مراکز درمانی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان بودند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از چک ‌لیست </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">IHS HIPAA Security Checklist</span></span></span><span style="color:black;"> برای سه نوع سیستم </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">PACS</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;">در 12مرکز درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی کرمان جمع‌آوری گردید. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">SPSS</span></span></span> <span style="color:black;">نسخه 24 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمون رگرسیون خطی برای سنجش ارتباط بین ابعاد مدیریتی، فیزیکی و فنی سیستم تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span><br> <strong><span style="color:black;">نتایج</span></strong><strong>:</strong> در این مطالعه 50% از شرکت‌کنندگان زن و 58% از آنان دارای سابقه کار بالای 5 سال بودند. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد بیشترین چالش در بعد فنی و کمترین چالش در بعد فیزیکی بود. بین ابعاد مدیریتی و فیزیکی (0/05&nbsp;<span dir="LTR">P<</span>) ارتباط معنی‌داری وجود داشت.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> وضعیت امنیت در سیستم‌های <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">PACS</span></span> دارای نقاط ضعفی است که برنامه‌ریزی جهت تدوین قوانین لازم پیرامون امنیت دسترسی به داده‌های بیماران مبتلا به <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">COVID-19</span></span> و رعایت آن توسط شرکت‌های پشتیبان سیستم‌، آموزش کاربران، کنترل دسترسی و مدیریت خطر لازم و ضروری به نظر می‌رسد.</span><span dir="LTR"></span> <strong>Introduction:</strong> Today, the use of picture archiving and communication system (PACS) in health care centers is increasing. Meanwhile, the security of data of patients with COVID-19 in this system and control of access to such data is considerably significant. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the security of medical picture archiving and communication systems for recording data of COVID-19 patients in health care centers affiliated to Kerman University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study was a cross-sectional one conducted in 2020. The research population included information technology staff in health care centers affiliated to Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Data were collected using IHS HIPAA Security Checklist for three types of PACS systems in 12 health care centers of Kerman University of Medical Sciences. Data were analyzed via SPSS software version 24 using descriptive statistics and linear regression to measure the relationship between administrative, physical, and technical dimensions of the system.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> In this study, 50% of the participants were female and 58% of them had more than 5 years of work experience. The results of the present study showed that the most significant challenge in the security of PACS systems was in the technical dimension and the least significant was in the physical dimension.
