fa طراحی و ایجاد برنامه کاربردی خودمراقبتی برای بعد از جراحی برداشت حنجره سلامت همراه Mobile health پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> جراحی برداشت حنجره تنها در‌مان شناخته شده سرطان حنجره است. هدف این مطالعه طراحی و ایجاد برنامه کاربردی خودمراقبتی برای بیمارانی بود که عمل برداشت حنجره انجام داده‌اند.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش از نوع توسعه‌ای- کاربردی بود که در دو مرحله انجام شد. مرحله اول شامل نیازسنجی عناصر داده با استفاده از پرسشنامه توسط 14 نفر از متخصصین گوش و حلق و بینی بود. سپس، نمونه اولیه برنامه کاربردی با زبان جاوا ایجاد شد. در مرحله دوم کاربرد‌پذیری برنامه کاربردی با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد ارزیابی کاربردپذیری انجام شد.<span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span><br> <strong>نتایج</strong><strong>:</strong> یافته‌های مرحله اول در برگیرنده دو بخش اصلی اطلاعات بالینی و قابلیت‌های برنامه کاربردی بود. اطلاعات بالینی شامل 14 گروه اصلی و 35 زیرگروه با میانگین نمره 9/9 بود. قابلیت‌های برنامه کاربردی شامل هشدار، یادآوری، پیام‌رسانی، شبکه‌های اجتماعی، نوبت‌دهی درمانگاه و اتصال به اینترنت بود. بر اساس نظرات شرکت‌کنندگان تمامی اقلام اطلاعاتی پرسشنامه ضروری اعلام شدند. کاربرد‌پذیری برنامه کاربردی نیز با میانگین کلی 7/6، در سطح خوب ارزیابی شد.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> استفاده از برنامه کاربردی خودمراقبتی بیماران پس از برداشت حنجره، به افزایش اطلاعات آنان کمک نموده و انجام خود مراقبتی را تسهیل می‌نماید؛ لذا می‌توان انتظار داشت که با استفاده از فناوری و برنامه‌های کاربردی در حوزه خود مراقبتی بیماران پس از عمل جراحی برداشت حنجره، مراجعه آنان به مراکز بهداشتی -درمانی کاهش یافته و سؤالات آموزشی و مراقبتی از کادر درمانی کاهش یابد. هرچند پیشنهاد می‌گردد در این حوزه با جمعیت بزرگ‌تر و در استان‌های مختلف مطالعات بیشتری انجام شود.</span> <span dir="LTR"></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Laryngectomy is the only known treatment for laryngeal cancer. The objective of this study was to design and develop a self-care application for patients undergoing laryngeal resection surgery. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Method:</strong> This study was an applied-developmental one conducted in two stages. The first stage included assessing the need for data elements using questionnaire by 14 ear, nose, and throat (ENT) specialists. Then, the application prototype was developed in Java. In the second stage, the usability of the application was evaluated using standard questionnaire of usability evaluation.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results of the first stage included two main parts of clinical information and application capabilities. The clinical information consisted of 14 main groups and 35 subgroups with a mean score of 9.9. The application capability also included alarm, reminder, messaging, social networks, clinic reservation, and Internet connection. According to the participants, all information items of the questionnaire were declared as necessary. The usability of the application was also evaluated at a good level with an overall average of 7.6.<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Using a self-care application for post-laryngectomy patients will help increase their knowledge and facilitate self-care. Thus, it could be expected that using self-care technology and applications would reduce patients&rsquo; visits to health care centers as well as the number of their educational and care questions asked from health care staff.
