fa واکاوی چالش‌های استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز در بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز درمانی مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Management پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> امروزه استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات سبز، اثرات مثبتی در نظام سلامت به خصوص در زمینه کنترل مصرف بی‌رویه انرژی، کاهش کاغذبازی، استفاده کم از فناوری و دستگاه‌های پزشکی و افزایش عملکرد زیست‌محیطی و اقتصادی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف واکاوی چالش‌های استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز در بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز درمانی تهیه‌ شده است.<span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"></span></span><br> <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی بود که در دو مرحله انجام شد. ابتدا با مرور مبانی نظری و مطالعات پیشین از طریق روش مرور متون، چالش‌های استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز در بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز درمانی شناسایی شدند؛ سپس برای تأیید و اولویت‌بندی چالش‌های شناسایی شده، این چالش‌ها در اختیار 21 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و مسئولان فناوری اطلاعات شاغل در بیمارستان‌ها قرار گرفت.<span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span><br> <strong>نتایج</strong><strong>:</strong> بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز درمانی در مسیر استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز با چالش‌هایی مربوط به ابعاد نظام مدیریت منابع انسانی (2 مؤلفه و 10 شاخص)، فشارهای نهادی (4 مؤلفه و 9 شاخص)، نظام اداری (3 مؤلفه و 16 شاخص)، نظام مالی (4 مؤلفه و چهار شاخص)، نظام حقوقی-قانونی (دو مؤلفه و سه شاخص) و زیرساخت‌های سازمانی (دو مؤلفه و دو شاخص) روبه‌رو هستند.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> استقرار فناوری اطلاعات سبز در بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز درمانی، پتانسیل بی‌نظیری در زمینه کاهش انرژی، ترویج قابلیت بازیافت محصولات از بین رفته و زباله‌های کارخانه، ایجاد محصولات متناسب با محیط‌زیست، تشویق مردم برای کار از راه دور دارد.</span></span></span></span><span dir="LTR"></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Today, the use of green information technology has positive effects on the health system, especially in controlling energy waste, reducing paperwork, lowering the use of technology and medical devices, and enhancing environmental and economic performance.
