fa تأثیر اینترنت اشیاء بر ارتقاء خدمات الکترونیکی سلامت بیماران کرونایی از دیدگاه کادر درمان اینترنت و علوم پزشکی Internet & Medical Sciences پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> فناوری اینترنت اشیاء در مقابله و کنترل بیماری کرونا مزایای زیادی را ارائه می‌دهد و تا حد زیادی روند تشخیص و نظارت مداوم بیمار از راه دور را با حسگرهای بی‌سیم و دستگاه‌های هوشمند تسهیل خواهد کرد. همچنین، اینترنت اشیا اثرات مثبتی در حوزه بهداشت و درمان و ارتقای خدمات الکترونیکی سلامت از جمله کاهش هزینه‌های بهداشتی- درمانی و ارائه خدمات درمانی به شکلی سریع‌تر دارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر اینترنت اشیا بر ارتقای خدمات الکترونیکی سلامت بیماران کرونایی از دیدگاه کادر درمان (پزشکان و پرستاران) بیمارستان سوانح گلستان شهر کرمانشاه انجام ‌شد.<span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"></span></span><br> <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش از لحاظ نوع کمی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. نمونه آماری پژوهش 86 نفر از کادر درمانی بیمارستان سوانح گلستان شهر کرمانشاه شامل پرستاران و پزشکان بودند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته که مورد تأیید 5 نفر از اساتید خبره در حوزه بهداشت و درمان بودند، استفاده شد.<br> <strong>نتایج</strong><strong>:</strong> نتایج پژوهش حاکی از این است که کلیه متغیرها با ضریب مسیر مثبت دارای رابطه مثبت میان متغیرها بوده و تأثیر اینترنت اشیا بر ارتقای خدمات الکترونیکی سلامت مورد تأیید و معنادار است.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> برنامه‌های کاربردی و فناورانه اینترنت اشیا می‌تواند با آموزش کادر درمان و عموم مردم، مهیاسازی زیرساخت‌ها و سایر اقدامات مناسب ابزاری برای ارتقاء خدمات الکترونیکی سلامت بیماران کرونایی باشد و به حوزه خدمات سلامت الکترونیک در راستای دستیابی به اهداف خود کمک کند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> IoT technology offers many benefits in dealing and controlling COVID-19 disease and will greatly facilitate the process of continuous remote patient diagnosis and monitoring with wireless sensors and smart devices. Also, Internet of Things, has positive effects in the field of health and treatment and promotion of electronic health services, including reducing health treatment care costs and delivery of treatment services in a faster manner. This article has been prepared with the aim of investigating the effect of Internet of Things on the promotion of electronic health services for COVID-19 patients from the perspective of treatment staff (physicians and nurses) of Golestan accidents hospital in Kermanshah city.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This research from the type, is quantitative and from the objective, is practical. The statistical sample of the present study consisted of 86 medical staff of Golestan accidents hospital in Kermanshah, which included nurses and physicians.
