fa ارزیابی کاربردپذیری نرم‌افزار مبتنی بر تلفن همراه ارائه خدمات سلامت در منزل با استفاده از روش ارزیابی اکتشافی ارزیابی سیستمهای اطلاعات سلامت Evaluation of Health Information Systems پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> با توجه به اهمیت سلامت همراه در ارتقاء کیفیت خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی، ارزیابی عملکرد نرم‌افزارهایی که این خدمات را ارائه می‌دهند، ضروری به نظر می‌رسد. یکی از ابعاد مورد نظر برای بررسی نرم‌افزارها، بحث ارزیابی کاربردپذیری آن‌ها می‌باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کاربردپذیری نرم‌افزار ارائه خدمات سلامت در منزل (‌سی طب) با استفاده از روش ارزیابی اکتشافی انجام شد.<span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black;"></span></span><br> <strong>روش:</strong> پژوهش حاضر مطالعه ای مقطعی و کاربردی است. کاربردپذیری رابط کاربری نرم‌افزار ارائه خدمات سلامت در منزل (سی طب) که جهت ارائه خدمات پزشکی و درمانی در شهر کرمان مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد، با استفاده از چک لیست ارزیابی اکتشافی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش 3 نفر ارزیاب به طور مستقل رابط کاربری نرم‌افزار سی طب را مورد ارزیابی قرار دادند.<br> <strong>نتایج</strong><strong>:</strong> در مجموع 241 مشکل توسط سه ارزیاب شناسایی شد. پس از حذف موارد مشترک و سپس جمع‌بندی آن‌ها، 69 مشکل در لیست نهایی باقی ماند. بیشترین تعداد مشکلات شناسایی شده به ترتیب مربوط به مؤلفه شناسایی به جای یادآوری و مهارت‌ها و کمترین تعداد مشکلات مربوط به مؤلفه محرمانگی بود. همچنین بیشترین درجه شدت مشکلات شناسایی شده مربوط به مؤلفه آزادی عمل کاربر و تسلط بر سیستم بود.<span dir="LTR"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با وجود این که مشکلات شناسایی شده در نرم‌افزار سی طب از درجه شدت بالایی برخوردار نبودند؛ اما توجه به آن‌ها در مراحل مختلف طراحی و پیاده‌سازی و رفع این مشکلات می‌تواند باعث تعامل بهتر کاربران و همچنین استفاده مؤثرتر از نرم‌افزار شود.<br> &nbsp;</span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Considering the importance of Mobile Health (mHealth) in improving the quality of health services, evaluating the performance of applications that provide these services seems necessary. One of the dimensions of assessing applications is usability evaluation. This study aimed to evaluate the usability of a home health services mobile application (30Teb) using the heuristic evaluation method.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study was an applied cross-sectional one. The usability of the user interface of the 30Teb home health services mobile application to provide health services in Kerman was evaluated using a heuristic evaluation checklist. In this study, three evaluators independently evaluated the user interface of the 30Teb mobile app.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> A total of 241 problems were identified by three evaluators. After deleting duplicates and then summarizing them, 69 problems remained in the final list. The highest number of identified problems was related to the &ldquo;identification instead of reminder&rdquo; and &ldquo;skills&rdquo; components, and the lowest number was related to the &ldquo;privacy&rdquo; component.
