fa شناسایی چالش‌های مدل بلوغ تکنولوژی زنجیره بلوکی در سازمان‌های سلامت محور مدیریت اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Management پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b><span lang="FA"> زنجیره بلوکی، یک فناوری پرکاربرد در حوزه سلامت است؛ اما به کارگیری آن با چالش‌هایی نیز همراه می‌باشد. با شناسایی این چالش‌ها، می‌توان مسیر رسیدن به بلوغ زنجیره بلوکی، در این حوزه را هموارتر نمود. هدف از این پژوهش، شناسایی چالش‌های مدل بلوغ فناوری زنجیره بلوکی در سازمان‌های سلامت محور می‌باشد.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش:</span></b><span lang="FA"> در این مطالعه کیفی به شیوه پدیدار‌شناسی، انجام شد. جامعه آماری‌، خبرگان حوزه فناوری زنجیره بلوکی بودند که تعداد 12 نفر از میان آن‌ها جهت انجام مصاحبه عمیق انتخاب شدند. روایی یافته‌ها با روش‌های تطبیق توسط اعضا و بررسی همکار تضمین شد. به طوری که مشارکت‌کنندگان، فرآیند تحلیل داده‌های اولیه (نتایج مصاحبه) را بازبینی و در بررسی همکار، اساتید راهنما، مشاور و دو تن از دانشجویان دکتری در مورد یافته‌ها اظهار نظر کردند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از کدگذاری باز و محوری، استفاده شده است.<span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتایج:</span></b><span lang="FA"> چالش‌های مدل‌، در بخش‌های فنی و سازمانی، در قالب الگوی ساختاری ترسیم و ارائه شده است. در مدل حاصل هر یک از مقوله‌ها با زیر مجموعه خود مشخص شده که میزان فراوانی آن‌ها جهت اولویت‌بندی و تعیین میزان اهمیت آن‌ها نیز در مدل مشخص شده‌اند.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> در سازمان‌های سلامت محور، چالش‌های امنیت اطلاعات در بخش فنی و شفافیت در ساختار سازمانی، از جمله مهم‌ترین چالش‌ها مطرح شده‌اند. امنیت داده‌ها به واسطه اهمیت بالای حفظ آن‌ها و نیز ایجاد شفافیت، به دلیل عدم امکان دستکاری داده‌ها، چالش‌هایی هستند که اگر ساده انگارانه از کنار آن‌ها بگذریم، فرآیند رسیدن به بلوغ فناوری در سازمان‌های سلامت محور را با شکست مواجه خواهد کرد.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b>Introduction:</b> Blockchain is a widely used technology in the health area; however, it also comes with challenges. By identifying these challenges, the road to blockchain maturity can be made smoother in this field. This study aimed to identify the challenges of the blockchain technology maturity model in health-oriented organizations.<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span><br> <b>Method:</b> In this phenomenological qualitative study, experts in the field of blockchain technology were the statistical population 12 of whom were selected to conduct an in-depth interview. The validity of the findings was guaranteed by the methods of matching by members and peer review. In this manner, the participants reviewed the process of primary data (interview results) analysis. And in the peer review procedure, supervisors, advisors, and two doctoral students commented on the findings. To analyze the data, open and axial coding was used.<br> <b>Results:</b> The challenges of this model, in the technical and organizational sections, have been drawn and presented in the form of a structural model. In the resulting model, each of the categories is specified with its subset, and their frequency is also specified in the model to prioritize and determine their importance.<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span><br> <b>Conclusion:</b> In health-oriented organizations, the challenges of information security in the technology sector and transparency in the organizational structure are among the most important challenges.
