fa شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مراحل پیاده‌سازی نقشه راه فناوری بلاکچین در سازمان‌های سلامت محور با استفاده از روش دلفی فازی فناوری اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Technology پژوهشي اصیل Original Article <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b><span lang="FA"> نقشه راه ابزاری برای کمک به سازمان‌ها برای تسهیل اجرای موفق هر فناوری می‌باشد. بر این اساس، هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی مراحل پیاده‌سازی نقشه راه فناوری بلاکچین در سازمان‌های سلامت‌محور می‌باشد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش:</span></b><span lang="FA"> به‌منظور پالایش و ارزیابی تناسب مراحل مستخرج از ادبیات موضوع، از روش دلفی فازی استفاده‌ شده است. دسترسی به مطمئن‌ترین توافق گروهی خبرگان درباره موضوعی خاص است که با استفاده از پرسشنامه و نظرخواهی از خبرگان، به‌دفعات با توجه به بازخورد حاصل از آن‌ها صورت می‌پذیرد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتایج:</span></b><span lang="FA"> پس از شناسایی و استخراج عوامل از طریق مطالعه مقالات مختلف و بومی‌سازی و تعیین میزان اهمیت متغیرها، با اعمال محدودیت وزنی در مدل، میزان موافقت خبرگان با هرکدام از مؤلفه‌ها اخذ شده و نقطه نظرات پیشنهادی و اصلاحی آن‌ها تقسیم‌بندی شده است. میانگین قطعی حاصل، نشان‌دهنده شدت موافقت خبرگان با هرکدام از عوامل پژوهش می‌باشد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> نتایج نظرسنجی دیدگاه‌های خبرگان نشان می‌دهد که اولویت‌های رصد فناوری، شناسایی کاربرد فناوری بلاکچین در سازمان، شناسایی چالش‌های ساختاری، فنی، حقوقی و مالی، طراحی، رفع موانع حاکمیتی و بالادستی، سرمایه‌گذاری متناسب، همکاری زیرساخت قدیمی، جدید و افزایش عضویت دارای اهمیت بالا و اولویت‌های آموزش اولیه، شناسایی مزایای تحول دیجیتال و مزیت رقابتی، ذی اثران داخلی و خارجی و گسترش مدل کسب‌وکار به بخش‌های دیگر از اهمیت پایین‌تری برخوردار هستند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="color:#000000;"><b>Introduction:</b> A Roadmap is a tool to help organizations facilitate the successful implementation of any technology. Then, this study aimed to identify and prioritize the stages of blockchain technology roadmap implementation in health-oriented organizations.<br> <b>Method:</b> To refine and evaluate the appropriateness of steps extracted from the subject literature, the fuzzy Delphi method was used. Access to the most reliable group agreement of experts on a specific issue is done using a questionnaire and asking experts&rsquo; opinions, often according to their feedback.<br> <b>Results:</b> After identifying and extracting the factors through the study of various articles and localization and determining the importance of the variables, by applying the weight limit in the model, the level of experts&rsquo; agreement with each of the components was obtained and their suggested and corrective points were divided.
