fa مداخلات سلامت همراه برای تسهیل تصمیم‌گیری مشترک: یک مرور نظام مند Mobile Health Interventions to Facilitate Shared Decision Making: A Systematic Review سلامت همراه Mobile health مقاله مروری سیستماتیک و متاآنالیز Systematic Review & Meta analysis <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه:  تصمیم‌گیری مشترک فرآیندی است که در آن ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات بهداشتی شواهد را با بیماران به اشتراک می‌گذارند و به آن‌ها این امکان را می‌دهند که بر اساس ارزش‌ها و ترجیحات خود تصمیمات آگاهانه‌ای اتخاذ کنند. سلامت همراه می‌تواند به تسهیل تصمیم گیری مشترک کمک کند که منجر به بهبود نتایج بالینی می‌شود. بنابراین، این مطالعه به بررسی مطالعات مربوط به مداخلات سلامت همراه که تصمیم گیری مشترک را تسهیل می‌کنند، می‌پردازد. روش کار: در نوامبر 2022، سه پایگاه داده پابمد، اسکوپوس و وب آو ساینس  جهت بازیابی مقالاتی درباره مداخلات سلامت همراه که تسهیل‌کننده تصمیم‌گیری مشترک هستند، مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. نام نویسنده اول، سال انتشار، کشور مورد مطالعه، هدف مطالعه، نوع بیماری، نوع مداخله سلامت همراه و نتایج مداخلات از مطالعات انتخاب شده استخراج شد. از آمار توصیفی برای تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته ها: از ۳۲ مقاله وارد شده در مطالعه، بیشتر مطالعات در سال 2021 (25%) و 2022 (21%) منتشر شده‌اند. اغلب مطالعات (43/5%) در ایالات متحده صورت گرفته بود. 15 مطالعه (47%) سطح رضایت شرکت‌کنندگان در استفاده از سلامت همراه برای تصمیم‌گیری مشترک و ۱۴ مطالعه (43/5%) قابلیت استفاده از سلامت همراه را اندازه گیری کردند. بخش عمده ای از مطالعات (84/5%) از برنامه‌های کاربردی مبتنی بر تلفن همراه جهت تصمیم گیری مشترک استفاده کردند. اکثر  مطالعات تاثیر استفاده از تصمیم گیری مشترک را روی بیماری‌های اسکلتی-عضلانی (18/5%)، سرطان‌ (15/5%)، بیماری‌های قلبی-عروقی (15/5%) و بیماری‌های روانی (12/5%) سنجیدند. همچنین اغلب مطالعات نشان دادند (97%) استفاده از سلامت همراه تأثیر مثبتی بر تصمیم گیری مشترک داشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: سلامت همراه به بیماران در اتخاذ تصمیمات آگاهانه درباره درمان کمک می‌کند و فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری مشترک را تسهیل می‌نماید. بیماران می‌توانند از این فناوری در خانه استفاده کنند تا بر موانع ناشی از کمبود ملاقات‌های حضوری غلبه کنند. یافته‌های این تحقیق می‌تواند به ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات بهداشتی کمک کند تا از فناوری‌های مقرون به صرفه و قابل دسترس برای درگیر کردن بیماران در انتخاب بهترین گزینه‌های درمانی استفاده کنند.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Shared Decision Making (SDM) is a process in which healthcare providers share evidence with patients, enabling them to make informed decisions based on their values and preferences. Mobile health (mHealth) can support SDM, leading to improved clinical outcomes. Therefore, this study aims to review the literature on mHealth interventions that facilitate SDM. Method: In November 2022, the PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science databases were searched for papers on mHealth interventions that facilitate SDM. The first author's name, year of publication, country of the study, study objective, type of disease, type of mHealth intervention, and outcomes of the interventions were extracted from the selected studies. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. Results: Of the 32 articles included in the study, most were published in 2021 (25%) and 2022 (21%). The majority of studies (43.5%) were conducted in the United States. Fifteen studies (47%) evaluated participants' satisfaction with using mobile health for shared decision-making, and fourteen studies (43.5%) measured the usability of mobile health. In most studies (84.5%), mobile-based applications were used for shared decision-making. Most studies assessed the impact of shared decision-making on musculoskeletal diseases (18.5%), cancer (15.5%), cardiovascular diseases (15.5%), and mental health disorders (12.5%). Most studies (97%) found that using mobile health had a positive impact on shared decision-making. Conclusion: mHealth assists patients in making informed decisions about their treatment by facilitating SDM. Patients can use this technology at home to overcome barriers posed by a lack of face-to-face visits.
