fa دو روی سکه هوش مصنوعی در علوم پزشکی‌: نگاهی به جنبه‌های انسانی و اخلاقی هوش مصنوعی در حوزه سلامت Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare مقاله کوتاه Short Communication <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه: </span></b><span lang="FA">هوش مصنوعی (</span><span dir="LTR">AI</span><span lang="FA">) با قابلیت تحول‌آفرینی در حوزه علوم پزشکی، نویدبخش افزایش دقت در تشخیص، پیش‌بینی روند بیماری و ارائه درمان‌های شخصی ‌شده است. با این حال، تمرکز فزاینده بر جنبه‌های فنی، چالش‌های عمیق انسانی و اخلاقی را در زمینه ارتباط پزشک و بیمار، حریم خصوصی، مسئولیت‌پذیری و اعتماد به وجود آورده است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی این دو جنبه متضاد (فرصت‌ها و چالش‌ها) و با تأکید بر ضرورت تلفیق هوش مصنوعی با ارزش‌های انسانی در پزشکی انجام شد.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:#0d0d0d"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">روش کار:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">این پژوهش به روش مرور روایتی با جستجو در پایگاه‌های داده علمی شامل </span><span dir="LTR">PubMed</span><span lang="AR-SA">، </span><span dir="LTR">Scopus</span> <span lang="AR-SA">و </span><span dir="LTR">Web of Science</span><span lang="AR-SA"> با استفاده از کلیدواژه‌های مرتبط انجام پذیرفت. مقالات منتشر شده در بازه زمانی </span><span lang="FA">۲۰۱۴</span><span lang="AR-SA"> تا </span><span lang="FA">۲۰۲۴</span><span lang="AR-SA"> که به بررسی جنبه‌های انسانی، ارتباطی و اخلاقی کاربرد هوش مصنوعی در پزشکی می‌پرداختند، گردآوری و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها نشان داد که هوش مصنوعی از یک سو با خودکارسازی وظایف تکراری و تحلیل حجم عظیم داده‌ها، امکان تمرکز بیشتر پزشک بر مراقبت از بیمار را فراهم می‌کند. از سوی دیگر، چالش‌های عمده‌ای در حوزه‌های مختلف شناسایی شد: کاستی در برقراری ارتباط همدلانه و غیرکلامی، نگرانی‌های مربوط به حریم خصوصی و امنیت داده‌ها، ابهام در مسئولیت‌پذیری قانونی و اخلاقی در صورت بروز خطا، و خطر تعصب الگوریتمی که می‌تواند به نابرابری در ارائه خدمات سلامت منجر شود.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">به‌کارگیری موفقیت‌آمیز هوش مصنوعی در پزشکی در گرو عبور از نگرش صرفاً فنی و انطباق با یک رویکرد انسان‌محور است. هوش مصنوعی باید به عنوان یک ابزار کمکی در خدمت پزشکان قرار گیرد، نه به عنوان جایگزینی برای قضاوت و ارتباط انسانی آنان. تدوین چارچوب‌های اخلاقی شفاف، آموزش متخصصان سلامت و طراحی سیستم‌هایی که ضمن کارایی بالا، ارزش‌های انسانی را حفظ می‌کنند، برای آینده این همکاری ضروری است.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><b>Introduction:</b> Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformative potential in medical sciences, promising increased accuracy in diagnosis, disease progression prediction, and personalized treatments. However, the growing emphasis on technical aspects has raised significant human and ethical challenges related to doctor-patient communication, privacy, accountability, and trust. This study aims to examine these two contrasting aspects&mdash;opportunities and challenges&mdash;while emphasizing the necessity of integrating artificial intelligence with human values in medicine.<br> <b>Method<span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">:</span></b> This research was conducted as a narrative review by searching scientific databases, including PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science, using relevant keywords. Articles published between 2014 and 2024 that examined the human, communicative, and ethical aspects of AI applications in medicine were collected and analyzed through qualitative content analysis.<br> <b>Results:</b> The findings revealed that while AI automates repetitive tasks and analyzes vast amounts of data, allowing physicians to focus more on patient care, significant challenges were identified in several areas: deficiencies in establishing empathetic and nonverbal communication, concerns regarding data privacy and security, ambiguity in legal and ethical accountability in the event of errors, and the risk of algorithmic bias, which could lead to inequalities in healthcare delivery.<br> <b>Conclusion: </b>The successful implementation of AI in medicine requires moving beyond a purely technical perspective and adopting a human-centered approach. AI should function as an assistive tool for physicians rather than replace their human judgment and communication.
