<abstract>
 Introduction: The aim of this research is to improve Colorectal Cancer screening trying to control an individual lifestyle to reduce the probability of developing Colorectal Cancer, detect the disease in early stages, and then accelerate the screening of risky individuals and postpone the screening of ones with low risk.
Method: In this retrospective study information of 309 individuals including 84 patients whose diagnosis had been between years 2006 to 2013 and 225 healthy individuals were collected through phone or face to face interviews and exploring patient medical records. Popular techniques to develop classification models in clouding support vector machine, naive bayes, k-nearest neighbor, and decision tree were applied. Finally actionable models were determined according to both types of measures and based on domain-driven data mining approach.
Results: The results show that most of the developed models have acceptable evaluation results in predicting lifestyles. The developed non-technical measure clearly distinguishes the value of every false negative prediction and every true positive prediction itself. And finally, the actionable classifiers have been selected for domain practitioners. Only two of all the developed classifiers could satisfy both technical and non-technical measures.
Conclusion: The results showed developed models must not only be evaluated by technical measures, but also be evaluated by medical domain interestingness, and also their application ability to actual problem solving should be explored.

 Introduction: The use of cancer suffering patients' information is possible when this information was organized and categorized properly through encoding the diagnoses and therapeutic procedures. Therefore the aim of this study was to determine the accuracy rate of the neoplasm coding in Seyed Al-Shohada Hospital of Isfahan city in 2011.

Method: This study was a descriptive and cross-sectional study. The population of this study were medical records created during the second half of 2011,308 ones of which were selected as sample. A self-designed checklist was the research tool, which was used after validation. Data analysis was performed using SPSS v16. Software through descriptive statistics.

Results: Investigating the surveyed records, the researchers found that the accuracy rate of the records in this hospital was 68%. Also the highest accuracy rate of the coding has been associated with neoplasms of the connective tissue (94%).

Conclusion: Regarding the obtained results, it is recommended that coding of morphology & related Z codes of neoplasms be set in coders' work order. It is also recommended that continuous educational coding courses be held in order to increase the accuracy rate of the neoplasm coding.

 <abstract>
 Introduction: Pharmacy Information System (PIS) is one of the subsystems of Hospital Information System (HIS) that has been designed to meet the needs of pharmacy. Assessment could improve the existing systems and make competition between companies.
Method: This cross-sectional study assesses the performance of Pharmacy Information System (PIS) in Shiraz, Iran hospitals in March 2013. Data were collected by direct observations and interviews with the users of the software. Data collection tool was a valid and reliable standard check list which consists of Hospital Information System evaluation criteria that was published by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education in December 2011. The evaluation criteria have been graded by users based on their importance. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and Microsoft Excel software 2010.
Results: The Pharmacy Information Systems (PIS) in studied hospitals in terms of accounting and insurance capabilities were in quite desirable condition with a total average score of 40.Ware housing and reporting as well as recording of information related to drugs and medication were in acceptable condition with a total average score of 27/71 and 36/96, respectively. However, intelligent clinical capabilities with a total average score of 11/74 were in an undesirable condition. Other clinical capabilities with a total average score of 31/27 were in a relatively good condition.
Conclusion: Many of pharmacy information systems, which are the most important component of clinical support systems, have been designed for the purpose of medication management and medication costs instead of supporting clinicians in prescribing process. However, these PIS software gained the lowest score in the intelligent clinical features. Therefore, upgrading the capabilities of electronic alerts during inappropriate prescription of drug as well as clinical decision support systems and improving hospital pharmacy information system is necessary.

 Introduction: IT Governance includes IT management and the way to make IT decisions in line with the related IT processes, resources, and responsibilities. This study aimed to determine the current state of IT governance in education and training centers in Iran University of Medical Sciences.
Method: This is a practical qualitative study. In the first step of the study the population centers including the related documentation, and in the second step the units responsible for information technology, computing, informatics and hospital administrators who work in the center were included. Data collection tools in the first step was the data collection forms, and in the second step was interview guide. Content analysis of the documents and all the propositions were extracted. The final step is data processing and interpretations of the results. After interviews were collected, the data were identified, coded and classified. Finally, the sub-topics were combined, the topics were selected, and the thematic analysis was performed.
Results: 40% of centers' information technology administrators studied computer software at university and 40% of the managers were graduated from medical centers. The results showed that the president, the director, the IT department administrators, and the director of the Department of Statistics and Information Technology in many areas have made their decision in technology-related fields . In some centers also the IT department administrator provided the staff with job description after being approved by the hospital manager.
Conclusion: The structure of the studied centers' IT departments was vague and complex, so that the trustees, policy makers, administrators and IT operators in hospitals were not exactly clear.
 Introduction: A Charter of Patients' Rights is one of the means to improve and strengthen the health system and patient satisfaction. Therefore, the purpose of the current study was to evaluate awareness of paramedical intern students about Patients' Rights Charter in Lorestan University of Medical Sciences.
Method: This cross-sectional, descriptive, and analytical study was performed in 2014. The study population included all of the paramedical intern students in Lorestan University of Medical Sciences. Due to the limited number of population (69 people), they participated in the study with census method. The data-gathering tool was a valid and reliable questionnaire based on the elements of Iran patients' rights developed by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education (MOHME).The collected data were analyzed by descriptive and analytical statistics using SPSS 16 software.
Results: The results show that in 1.45 percent of the cases, the total awareness of students was weak, in 81.16 percent was moderate, and in 17.39 percent of them was good. The highest level of awareness was about the patient's rights in receiving the optimal health services (%81.1), and the lowest was about the patient's right to choose and decide freely on health services (%1.45). There was a significant relationship between gender and the students’ awareness.
Conclusion: Total awareness of the students from patients' bill of rights was medium. Therefore, greater emphasis should be placed on inclusion and support of patients' rights in course and curriculum planning for paramedical students.

 Introduction: In recent years, using Radiofrequency identification (RFID) technology in healthcare has become one of the main applications. The aim of this study is to review the literature of RFID usage in nursing practice.
Method: This is a narrative review of the literature which was performed with an electronic search for published papers in English and Persian language in PubMed, EBSCO, CINAHL, Web of Science, Emerald, SID, Magiran, and Irandoc databases in 2015. English and Persian keywords of "nursing", "nursing practice", "RFID", "healthcare" with Boolean functions were used to search the papers. Out of 68 papers, 14 ones were included in the study for review without any time restriction.
Results: RFID can be used for patient and staff identification and equipment detection. It can also be used in patient care including: control of serum therapy and blood transfusion, rapid access to patient information, control of vital sign, drug safety, and control of human errors in medication. Also, control of patient status in bed is another application of RFID.
Conclusion: The use of RFID technology in nursing has a vast field of application,and it is associated with advantages and limitations. Use of this technology leads to the reductionof costs, save of time, and access to more information in short time. On the other hand, high implementation costs, reduction in the security and privacy of patients and staff, the adoption of technology by staff, and time-consumingness of implementation are the restriction of the RFID in hospitals.
