fa مروری روایی بر چارچوب‌ها، چالش‌ها و کاربردهای قابلیت ‌همکاری در سلامت الکترونیک سیستمهای اطلاعات سلامت Health Information Systems مقاله مروری تشریحی Narrative review articles <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">مقدمه:</span></b><span lang="FA"> سیستم‌های اطلاعات سلامت (</span><span dir="LTR">Health</span> <span dir="LTR">Information</span> <span dir="LTR">System</span><span lang="FA">)</span> <span dir="LTR">HIS</span> <span lang="FA">یکپارچه، برای دستیابی به اهداف ملی و بین‌المللی در سلامت و توسعه ضروری هستند؛ که به دلیل تنوع و ناهمگونی، با مشکلات قابلیت‌همکاری مواجه هستند. قابلیت‌همکاری به عنوان مشخصه ‌کلیدی اشتراک‌گذاری داده‌ها و پیش‌نیاز اصلی یکپارچگی، موجب تصمیم‌گیری به‌موقع ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت بهداشتی برای تشخیص، درمان، اقدام و مراقبت از بیمار می‌شود؛ لذا این پژوهش سعی دارد یک دسته‌بندی از مفاهیم قابلیت‌همکاری در سلامت الکترونیک را ارائه دهد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">روش:</span></b><span lang="FA"> این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری-روایی جهت دسته‌بندی مفاهیم قابلیت‌همکاری در سلامت الکترونیک است. بدین‌منظور پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی</span><span dir="LTR">Scopus</span> <span lang="FA">،</span><span dir="LTR">Google</span> <span dir="LTR">scholar</span> <span lang="FA">، </span><span dir="LTR">PubMed</span><span lang="FA">، </span><span dir="LTR">Science</span> <span dir="LTR">Direct</span> <span lang="FA">و </span><span dir="LTR">IEEE</span> <span lang="FA">با کلیدواژه‌های &ldquo;</span><span dir="LTR">Interoperability</span> <span dir="LTR">framework</span><span lang="FA">&rdquo; و &ldquo;</span><span dir="LTR">Integration</span><span lang="FA">&rdquo; با ترکیب </span><span dir="LTR">AND</span> <span lang="FA">به همراه &ldquo;</span><span dir="LTR">E-Health</span><span lang="FA">&rdquo; مورد جستجو قرار گرفتند. از این‌رو همه مطالعاتی که به مفاهیم قابلیت‌همکاری اشاره داشتند، انتخاب شدند.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتایج:</span></b><span lang="FA"> نتیجه جستجو در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی مذکور 304 مطالعه بود که با حذف مقالات تکراری، خارج از دسترس و غیر مرتبط، فقط 40 مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و منجر به دسته‌بندی موضوعات مرتبط با مفاهیم قابلیت‌همکاری در شش‌محور (ابعاد، سطوح، موانع، یکپارچگی، معماری و اندازه‌گیری) شد. در نهایت کاربردها و چالش‌های آن نیز به صورت مروری- روایی تشریح گردید.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA"> به دلیل ماهیت نظام سلامت، یکپارچگی و هوشمندی در این حوزه از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است؛ بنابراین برای تسهیل تبادل اطلاعات و استفاده سیستم‌های اطلاعات سلامت از خدمات یکدیگر، توجه به دسته‌بندی ارائه شده، تأثیر انکارناپذیر و همچنین نقش مهمی که در یکپارچگی و هوشمندی محیط دارد، می‌تواند موجب افزایش بهره‌وری و اثربخشی در کیفیت ارائه خدمات مراقبت بهداشتی ‌شود.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color:#000000;"><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Introduction:</b> Integrated Health Information Systems (HIS) are necessary to achieve national and international goals in health and development, which are facing cooperation problems due to diversity and heterogeneity. Interoperability as a key characteristic of data sharing and the main prerequisite of integration enables healthcare providers to make timely decisions for diagnosis, treatment, action, and patient care. Therefore, this research aimed to provide a category of interoperability concepts in electronic health (E-Health).</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Method:</b> This research is a narrative review to categorize the interoperability concepts in E-Health. For this purpose, Scopus, Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, and IEEE databases were searched using the keywords &quot;Interoperability framework&quot; and &quot;Integration&quot; with the combination of AND along with &quot;E-Health&quot;. Therefore, all the articles referring to the concepts of interoperability were selected.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Results:</b> The result of the search in the aforementioned databases was 304 articles. By removing duplicate, out-of-reach, and unrelated articles, only 40 articles were examined, and topics related to the concepts of interoperability were classified based on six axes (dimensions, levels, obstacles, integration, architecture, and measurement). Finally, its applications and challenges were described in a narrative review. </span></span><br> <span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>Conclusion:</b> Due to the nature of the health system, integrity and intelligence are very important in this area.
